Talio 2.0: the AI hiring stack for high-volume teams
September 14, 2026

We started Talio with one conviction: recruiters deserve to spend their day on the work only they can do. Our first product did exactly one thing well. It ran first-round screening interviews by voice, chat and WhatsApp, at any scale, for staffing agencies.
Then we watched what happened around the screening.
What we learned from our customers
Screening was never the whole problem. Every customer taught us the same thing: once the interview was done, the recruiter's day still filled up with everything around it. Calling back candidates who had landed in voicemail. Chasing a certificate that never arrived. Answering the same twenty questions about shifts and pay. Updating a status in the ATS, sending the reminder, forwarding the shortlist. Two minutes each, two hundred times a week.
Meanwhile the database was going stale. Candidates who were not a fit six months ago could
be a fit today, but nobody had the time to call through thousands of profiles, so every vacancy
started from scratch on a job board.
And every team we met had solved a piece of this with a separate tool. One for outreach, one
for scheduling, one for documents, one for the chatbot on the career site. A vendor per step,
an integration per vendor, and a recruiter stitching it together.
Recruiters spend most of their day on work that does not require a human. Automating the interview
alone does not change that.
How our positioning changed
So we stopped describing Talio as a screening tool. Talio is the conversational AI and automations layer for recruitment: the AI hiring stack for high-volume teams. It talks to every candidate on every channel, screens and books them, keeps profiles and documents current, answers their questions, and automates the small tasks in between. One layer, one vendor, sitting in front of the systems you already use.
Most of this is what customers were already asking us to do. Some of it is new. Together it
is four parts.
Conversational AI
The core we started with, grown up. Voice and chat that talk like a good recruiter, in 27+ languages, with follow-up questions, language tests and scored reports. It now runs screening, outreach campaigns that keep going until there is an answer, profile enrichment, document follow-up, scheduling with feedback for every candidate, and Q&A on your site or WhatsApp number.
Workflow automations
This is the biggest change, and the part that ties everything together. Triggers from your ATS, a schedule or a webhook. Every feature and every channel as a node. Conditions, delays, hand-offs, and data mapping without a developer, so what a candidate said becomes a field, a tag or a status in your system. Reminders, chases, hand-offs and the Monday report run as flows you build once.
Sourcing
Recruitment ads on Meta and TikTok that feed straight into a screening conversation within minutes of the lead arriving. Only qualified candidates reach your hiring system, with an interview already booked.
Recruiter copilot
Tools for the moments a human is in the conversation: CVs scored with evidence, interview notes that write themselves, and your candidate data one question away, inside Talio or from Claude and ChatGPT through the Talio MCP server.
What did not change
The conversations still feel like a good recruiter, because that is the whole point. Talio still connects to the systems you already use, with every outcome written back where you work. And pricing is still usage-based: every feature, channel and integration included from day one, no seat fees, no integration fees.
Who it is for
High-volume teams. Temp and student staffing agencies. Multi-site hospitality and retail operators. Facility, cleaning and security companies hiring against attrition all year. High-volume staffing and recruitment agencies with an ATS to connect. If your process is straightforward and your volume is high, Talio can run the first phase end to end. And if you have no ATS, or barely use the one you have, Talio can be the system itself.
Where this leaves us
The conviction did not change: recruiters deserve to spend their day on the work only they can do. What changed is how much of the day we can give back.
If you want to see it on your own vacancies, schedule a call. We map your process, set everything
up with you, and you run it live for a month before you decide.
